Providing your personal data by entering it into a designated field on the website constitutes your consent to the processing of personal data under the conditions and purposes set out below.
Purposes of processing
Personal Data will be processed (including, but not limited to, collected, stored, anonymised, distributed (including cross-border transfer), accumulated, systematised, copied, clarified) for the purpose of sending you informational materials about Picodata events, services, research, publications on Picodata websites, and for establishing personal contact with you to distribute the above information.
Data transfer
For data-processing purposes, Picodata may transfer Personal Data exclusively to its employees and to third parties who have signed a personal confidentiality undertaking. Validity period and withdrawal of consent
The consent is valid indefinitely. You may withdraw it at any time by sending a written notification to: 129085, Moscow, Godovikova St., Bldg. 17, Floor 8, Office 4, to Picodata LLC, marked «Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing». Your personal data will be deleted by Picodata within 30 days of receipt of such notification.
Guaranteed rights
Picodata guarantees the following rights of the personal data subject:
- The right to obtain information about which of the subject's personal data is stored at Picodata.
- Other rights established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
By submitting any message via any contact form on picodata.io, you express your consent to the processing of your personal data.
